Le Basilic is a spacious and bright 65 sqm holiday cottage. It offers comfort and independence to all those wishing to discover the region at their own pace.
For your comfort, the Basilic is full foot and air conditioned. From the cottage, you can access directly to the property and the garden with olive trees, where is the swimming pool and the sunbathing area.
Our house Basilic can accomodate up to 4 people and is equipped with :
- a double bed bedroom (140×190 bed)
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.
- a fully equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining table…
- a living room with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a TV area
- a private terrace with garden furniture
- access to a washing machine and dryer
Weekly rental from saturday to saturday
April: 600€ per week
May, June and September: 700€ per week
July and August: 1100€ per week
Cleaning fee (mandatory): 40€
Check-in from 4pm and check-out at 10am max.
